WHO are we?
Gresham Station Townhomes is a new community of luxury townhomes. Built in 2005, GST features all the amenities you'd expect from such a development– a gated entrance, individual garages, and a beautiful, quiet, comfortable setting with plenty of businesses nearby. We are owners/residents who take pride in our community and enjoy the lifestyle that our location brings. WHERE are we?
GST is located in the Northwest part of Gresham, Oregon. Gresham is a 30 minute drive east of Portland (if you don't use the Banfield Freeway during rush hour) and a few minutes south of the Columbia River. The immediate area surrounding GST has been undergoing something of a renewal in the past few years, with a new shopping mall and new business and residential areas being established. Gresham Station mall is a five-minute walk away, and much of the Gresham central business district is fifteen minutes away by foot. MAX light rail is a stone's throw from GST, providing easy access to Portland and Portland International Airport. Click HERE for a map showing our location.
